Confidence is captivating, isn’t it? When someone confident walks into a room, heads turn and you can perceive the change in energy. This person seems to raise the vibrations and everybody is drawn to him/her. Confidence is not conceit and vanity; it is the ability to believe in your own self. It is an attitude. We know confident people have the edge in all aspects of life and we all want to be one. Here’s how you can be your more confident self-
It’s easy to be negative but it takes guts and a positive mindset to look at the brighter picture. It’s easy to give up but it takes courage to keep going despite of setbacks and obstacles because you know you will get there and achieve your goals. What is going on inside is reflected on the outside. Make sure you think positive and that you are kind and generous. If you are not affectionate to others, it’s not self-love and confidence, it is arrogance and condescension.
Take care of yourself
Fall in love with who you are. Take care of your mind and body. Workout, eat healthy and get proper rest. It’s stupendous to work hard but know when to stop and relax. You aren’t a machine. Have some ‘me’ time every day, you are one of the most important people in your life. Remind yourself how special you are because like fingerprints and snowflakes, we are all unique. Take care of yourself because it’s all in you.
They say looks can be deceptive and you can’t judge a book by its cover but impressions do matter and the way you dress up and comport yourself mean a great deal. This helps people make a mental note about you and decide the very instant a few things about your personality and demeanor. Look sharp, wear smart yet comfortable clothes. You can’t be in shabby clothes and feel your most confident self, if you think you can, well kudos!
Confidence makes you unstoppable. Sometimes the opportunity is right there but we keep underestimating ourselves, we cogitate on the reasons to not go ahead but belief is the key here. It helps you acknowledge that you can and you will because you deserve it, no matter how hard it looks at the present moment. The importance of facing your fears cannot be underestimated as it’s not about winning and losing, it’s about trying.
You don’t have to be perfect to be confident because no one is perfect and that is absolutely perfect. We all have imperfections and they are beautiful. So love yourself and keep slaying!
“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection”
