1. Baked Nachos

Spread out some nacho chips in a baking tray and keep it aside. Stir fry some diced onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and boiled beans (if required & available). Add some szechuan/ salsa sauce to it and pour the whole mixture over the nachos. Grate some mozzarella cheese over it. And bake it for 15-20 mins, until the cheese melts. Baked Nachos are ready!


2. Caramel Popcorn

In a large saucepan, heat some brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat, add baking soda and vanilla extract. Then, add the popcorns in it and quickly stir to coat in the hot caramel mix. Allow it the popcorns to cool for few minutes and then enjoy munching them!


3. Chilly Cheese Toast

Roast both the sides of the bread on a greased pan. In a pan, mix some chillies, grated cheese, pepper and salt together. Apply the mixture on the greased bread and cook it again with the lid closed pan until the cheese melts. And, it’s done! Enjoy your cheesy toast.


4. Mac n Cheese

Mix the macaroni, water, and salt in a microwaveable mug. Microwave it for 2-3 minutes, then stir. Add some milk, cheese, salt, and pepper in it and then stir. Microwave again for another 30 seconds, stir and garnish with a sprinkle of oregano and chilly flakes. Enjoy!


5. Chatpati Bhel

In a bowl, mix puffed rice, peanuts, boiled potato, onion, tomato, coriander, and green chillies together. Add the tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup according to your own taste preferences. Add seasonings and then garnish it with lots of sev and papdi. Now, enjoy the street style bhel at home.


6. Mexican Scrambled Eggs

Stir fry some onions, chillies, garlic, tomatoes and cilantro until the mixture is lightly browned. Now beat some eggs in a bowl and then add it to the pan to create large curds. Stir until the eggs are scrambled. Add some seasoning according to your taste and guess what? It’s ready!


7. Potato Wedges

Cut few potatoes into wedges and place them in a large bowl. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, pepper, onion powder, salt, and paprika. Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Now, bake these in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. After few mins, turn the potatoes over and continue baking until golden and crisp. Enjoy it with creamy mayonnaise.


8. Onion Rings

Cut big onions into thick rings. In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt and paprika together and coat each onion ring properly with the mixture. Next, in another bowl, combine milk, pepper, and an egg and beat until well combined. Then add the remaining flour mixture in it and stir until no lumps remain. Coat each onion ring in this mixture as well and then lastly, coat them in breadcrumbs. Now deep fry them until they are golden brown. Sprinkle some chat masala on it and enjoy with your favourite sauce or chutney.
