Coffee is possibly the most addictive modern day drug that we all consume on a recurring basis. Although we can’t deny how it eases our nerves, and elates our mood with every little sip. We need it to kick start the day, as a companion with our favourite book, and yearn for it while brainstorming. It inspires us, makes us happy, improves productivity and just makes our everyday amazing. What I personally love about coffee is the sheer personalization that comes with it. You can have it all Black; you can have it with milk. Heck, you can even get flavours added. So if you’re a true coffee connoisseur, living in Delhi, this list has been curated for you.
1. BLUE TOKAI COFFEE ROASTERS
Blue Tokai has definitely started a coffee revolution in the capital. The crowd which was previously drawn towards big coffee chains like Starbucks and Café Coffee Day, has been drastically experimenting with the more authentic and local coffee places. Their outlets are warm and vibrant, and they roast their own coffee. What I love about them is how passionate they are about Coffee. They literally go out of their way to select the beans from the farms, roasting the same, and altering them into interesting brews, which have been loved by Delhiites.
